Before you start photographing, make a list of the interior and exterior shots that you want to capture. Try to include a few photos of each room in the house and some outdoor coverage on all sides of the property. 

Ensure that you’re working with the right equipment and lenses to capture the images that best showcase the property. A tripod is essential, as it will keep your camera firmly in place and reduce the chance of image movement. You can also use a white balance setting on your camera to get the color of objects in your images as close to what you see in real life as possible. However, sometimes a particular object’s color can be hard to depict, so you might need to manually adjust the camera’s white balance in post-processing. 

Once you’ve captured a good set of images, you’ll need to edit them in a high-quality editing program. A good raw processing program will be a must, as well as HDR (High Dynamic Range) software, which will enable you to combine multiple exposures into one single image.
